Absolutely outstanding experience with RapidX Windows and Doors! I can’t say enough good things about this gentleman and his company. He truly went out of his way to take the time with me, understand exactly what I was looking for, and give me an incredible deal. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, honest, generous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He was very educational when explaining everything to me, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision. The installation was absolutely amazing, and the craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none. You can tell that he takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. The entire experience was classy, professional, and above my expectations. I’m extremely happy with my new windows, and I would highly recommend RapidX Windows and Doors to anyone looking for quality work from someone who genuinely stands behind what he does. Thank you again for everything. You earned a customer for life, and I will absolutely be using RapidX Windows and Doors again!

We had to replace our exterior door in the back of the house with another door that would fit the installation of a Vevor XL flip dog door that we supplied. Ivan and his crew went out of their way to have it professionally installed and accommodate our needs. A big thank you Ivan! And to your staff!

We are extremely pleased with the entrance door installation completed by RAPIDEX. The fiberglass door, fitted with a multipoint locking system, provides both outstanding security and durability, while the chrome handle adds a refined, elegant finish to our home’s entryway. We would especially like to acknowledge Ivan, whose professionalism and expertise made this project a success. He took the time to understand our needs, offered us excellent value for a high-quality product, and ensured the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a reliable, skilled team for door installation. Thank you for the exceptional service.

We hired Rapidex Windows and Doors to install our exterior front and side doors. I had researched and met with a few other door installers. However, from my initial meeting with Ivan, I could tell his company would be the best. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to deliver exactly what we needed. Communication was clear. He and his team installed both doors at the agreed upon date and time. The end product looks exceptional! We are so happy and would recommend this family owned and run business, Rapidex to anyone. Thank you Ivan and team!!

We recently had a major renovation that called for the contractor to put in a large awning widow. We also needed to source a manufacturer/installer to supply two exterior, outswinging doors and a new front door with sidelights. The contractor suggested Rapidex Windows and Doors. The awning window is spectacular and they even brought in a bricklayer who matched the 70 year old brick as this window replaced a much larger one. The two outswing exterior doors are also quite nice and profestionally installed. Our front door is again something to behold with leaded glass sidelights that accent the front plain door perfectly. It has a three point locking system and a hard to find keypad/app controlled thumb lock that engages the three point locking system along with the deadbolt. This was not easy to find and Rapidex searched until they found a keypad that could be retrofitted to do the job. It works great. It locks the door automatically after a preset time or not, does away with the need for keys (but still has them as an option), allows hundreds of codes to be setup either permaently or tempaorarily, accepts programmable fobs and connects to the internet so that it can be controlled anywhere in the world. Rapidex strives to make their customer happy and we are one of them. James
